Where Seas meet

I had the opportunity to visit a southern tip of India on my holiday recently. It is a place called "Dhanushkodi" and you reach it on a 4 wheel drive from the temple town of Rameshwaram. In a 1964 cyclone, all villages in the area went under water and all you see now are broken down buildings of old churches and a community of fisher men who have survived and stayed on. I read somewhere that fisher men lead the toughest of lives as a community.
It's a beautiful place. Pristine beaches rocky shores. Magnificent Nature. It is said that the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal meet here. You can actually see the blue waves of the Indian Ocean and the more placid waters of the Bay of Bengal.
The stretch of beach here beckons you to walk alone and share a moment with the Almighty. It is such a powerful place that you can feel the aura seep into you. Everything that is beautiful about life, every relationship that matters are all slotted and perfect. The surroundings have a way of clearing the jumble that are my thoughts and putting them all together to look like a masterpiece put together from a Jigsaw puzzle.
"Nature is not only all that is visible to the eye... it also includes the inner pictures of the soul."
